Lifted, bright and briary, the palate expresses dark black cherries, blueberries and mulberries. Chocolate, caramel, camphor and anise surround the fruit spectrum with elevated floral notes of rose petals, violets and subtle dusty oak. Plushly textured, the palate has concentration with mulberries, redcurrants and blue fruits. Black cardamom, anise, clove and cigar box notes sit in balance providing complexity. It is integrated and finely woven with subtle sweet oak, mocha edges and chalky structural tannins.
