Grande Année or “Great Year” is the prestige cuvée of the Bollinger house, produced only in outstanding vintages. Fermentation in small oak barrels and aging under natural cork(manual riddling and disgorgement) gives extra complexity and a minimum of 7 years aging guarantees a full flavoured wine with tremendous complexity and richness on the palate.
